• All sales representatives must observe show and set-up hours. Please contact the ESFA President or Show Director if you have special circumstances.

• Sales representatives must be a member of the organizations sponsoring the Syracuse Super Show to exhibit.

• Extra tables can be ordered for an additional fee. Please refer to the Show Application for reservation. All sales representatives are responsible for their own display items.

• Do not stand on tables or chairs. Request help from porters or show personnel.

• Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you prefer a particular room placement, please include it on your application.

• Banners and signage will be allowed to display outside of your hotel room. Please be advised that you may only use Command strips, fishing wire, or scotch tape (on the room windows only) if you intend to hang anything. Any damage done to railings, etc. will be subject to a fine by the hotel.

• The Board strongly suggests that each representative make at least 15 phone calls to customers/prospects to set up definite appointments. This not only helps in solidifying attendance, but will also help in controlling the amount of traffic in your room and lastly helps with our lunch count!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. There is a special rate of $149 per night, plus taxes, for a three-night stay at the Embassy Suites. Please contact the hotel directly to book your room using one of the following methods:

• Call the hotel at 315-446-3200 and tell them the dates of your stay (Check in: September 7, Check out: September 10). Let them know that you want the Empire State Footwear Associate rate.

EXECUTIVE SUITES: We will also have 3 Executive Suites available for a rate of $300/night (+ taxes). This includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, conference room, banquet table, living room area. Contact Tina Goldstein for more info. First come, first serve.

CHECK-IN is at 3 p.m. Please abide by that. Should you feel you need to be in your room earlier, our recommendation would be to check in the day before (September 6) and the rate of $149 will be honored.

This rate includes breakfast and a manager’s reception each night.

Rooms will be assigned by shoe category on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you prefer a particular room placement, please include it on your application.

SHOW DIRECTORY will be mailed to ALL retailers. You may advertise in it should you wish to. Specifications are as follows:

• FULL PAGE/COLOR: $200.00 4.75" wide X 7.75" high

• HALF PAGE/COLOR: $125.00 3.875" wide X 4.75" high
