HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. There is a special rate of $139 per night, plus taxes, for a three-night stay at the Embassy Suites. Please contact the hotel directly to book your room using one of the following methods:
• Call the hotel at 315-446-3200 and tell them the dates of your stay (Check in: January 27, Check out: January 29). Let them know that you want the Empire State Footwear Associate rate.
CHECK-IN is at 3 p.m. Please abide by that. Should you feel you need to be in your room earlier, our recommendation would be to check in the day before (January 29) and the rate of $139 will be honored.
This rate includes breakfast and a manager’s reception each night.
Rooms will be assigned by shoe category on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you prefer a particular room placement, please include it on your application.
