APPLICATION & SHOW INFORMATION

  • • This application is open to members only.

    • All exhibitors must complete a contract in order to participate in the show and be listed in the directory.

    • Fill out the application completely and clearly.

    • List all brands you would like listed in the Show Directory.

    • You have 2 payment options:

    1. To pay by CHECK, click the button below to complete the online registration, then submit check to the address provided.

    2. To pay by CREDIT CARD, click the button below to add items to your cart. When you check out, you will fill out the application form.

  • SHOW DIRECTORY will be mailed to ALL retailers. You may advertise in it should you wish to. Specifications are as follows:

    • FULL PAGE/COLOR: $200.00 4.75" wide X 7.75" high

    • HALF PAGE/COLOR: $125.00 3.875" wide X 4.75" high

    DUE July 25, 2026

    1. Each salesperson who exhibits must be a member in good standing of ESFA.

    2. Booths will not be assigned unless all dues are current.

    3. No Merchandise or equipment of any kind shall be permitted in the aisles or outside your designated booth area.

    4. No BUTTON HOLING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED or TOLERATED.

    5. The person signing the exhibitor’s contract is responsible for any damage done to the property that the person or company is utilizing.

    6. Exhibitors are not permitted to take a buyer from one booth to another.

    7. All booths shall remain open and be maintained for the duration of all show hours listed. No packing or removal of samples before the show closes.

    8. There shall be no REFUNDS or CREDITS granted after the exhibition booth has been assigned unless the booth can be sold to replace the space.

    9. No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted.

    10. All exhibitors shall wear identification badges.

    11. Application for booth space cannot be accepted without full payment for the cost of exhibiting.
